Amazing Maybelline Mascaras
I'm trying some amazing Maybelline mascaras to see how they look on me and whether I think they're worth getting and wearing as part of my makeup style.
But first, a word on that photo above, with me and my now shorter hair.
Since this is actually yesterday's look, you don't get to see my enormous fringe in action quite yet.
I decided to give it a trim in order to properly wear it on my face, but not in my eyes.
Next post will be banging, I have to own up to it sooner or later.
That being said, I present to you my actual hair. Weird to see it, right?
I took out my extensions and will be trying to put them away for a bit, since I am not doing anything on a daily basis, like going to school this next month.
Makeup Tells
Moving on to the face and a new makeup routine, here's what I have on:
- Yves Rocher Duo Eyeshadow in Vert Canard- on the lids
- Catrice Arts palette Brown in the crease and Vanilla highlight in the inner corner and above the crease
- Kallos Love Liquid Liner
- Maybelline Volum' ExpressTurbo Boost mascara
- Rimmel brow pencil in Dark Brown
The blush I have on is also from the Catrice Arts Collection Palette mentioned above.
Now about the Turbo Boost by Maybelline, I can honestly say it sucks, I am just trying to finish it, but it doesn't compare to their Colosal Volum' Express, if you are ever in doubt, get the yellow one.
Or get an even better one, the Falsies Flared, which I think is their best one yet. Actually, let's make a top of Maybelline's mascaras, for the kids!

My Choice Maybelline Mascaras
1.Maybelline The Falsies Flared Volum' Express Mascara
- great volume
- gives a good curl
- gives length
- thickens lashes
2. Maybelline One By One Volum' Express
- amazing brush! Defines lashes
- great volume
- neat finish
3. Maybelline Colosal Volum' Express
- adds length
- gives a good curl
- good volume
4. Maybelline Lash Stiletto
- good curl
- adds length
- cleanest finish
If you like a neat and natural finish then this is the best mascara for you. It adds to the length and curl of your lashes so much without making them look too overwhelming, it just makes you lashes look naturally long and curled.
I love this one, but I do tend to use the Falsies more as I like dramatic lashes
What's your favourite mascara of theirs, have you tried out other ones worth mentioning? As you can see, I only added here the ones that I would gladly purchase over and over again.
I just realized Maybelline is my most used drugstore brand 0_o
And, not beauty related, I am still snowed in and since I promised my lovely Marylin some pictures, here's the doggy house all covered in snow, we had to shovel our way through the snow and make paths for getting around the yard. And by “we” I mean my father.
I think this is a dream come true to my little snow lovers and all my girls that have never actually seen snow. I wish I could send it all to you :D
Today it finally stopped snowing but I doubt we're ever going to find a parking space whenever we're out. It's like little mountains of it, taking up every inch of sidewalk and free space.
I want spring already!

I'm crazy with Maybelline mascaras. I always go back to the Falsies (in fact, I just bought a new one a few days ago). Maybe I should give the flared one a try? I think that the colossal clumps too much although it gives volume, so I'm not buying that one again. And then I've been starting to like the Rocket – it gives a decently clean look and I love to top it on the Falsies if I need something extra extra for a night out :) I just bought the Hyper Curl Volum Express. Haven't opened it yet – very excited to. Although I really want to try all the mascaras in the world, I try to hold back as I don't like to have too many open mascaras lying around collecting bacteria...

I am a massive and loyal fan of the Maybelline Volum' ExpressTurbo Boost Mascara! I have been using it for years and have achieved perfect results with every application! Fab post! x

The Maybelline Lash Stiletto is just brilliant. :3 Oddly enough, I think all the mascaras I own are by Maybelline, lol. our eye makeup looks gorgeous! :o

I love Maybelline mascaras the best (OK, maybe tied with L'Oreal's volumnious formulas). The yellow tube Colossal I love, along with the new teal-tube (Plush, maybe?).

I love maybelline mascaras too! They are definitely the best drugstore mascaras. I liketthe falsies black drama best :) I also like define a lash lengthening. Ahh so much snow! I want some :(
